Job Location: 8020 US 31 S – Indianapolis, IN 46227
Salary Range: $18.00 – $27.40 hourly

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top‑tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop your team—building a strong lineup each day.
• Own execution across operations, ensuring exceptional guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Bring energy to in‑house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Manage shift operations, staff scheduling, and labor cost within budget guidelines.
• Maintain food and beverage quality standards, including menu specs, recipe adherence, and portion control.
• Ensure inventory and purchasing are accurate and meet company standards.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints through the Guest Comment program and GEM system.
• Analyze performance data (GEM, QSCs, audits, P&L) and develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct administrative functions: invoices, end‑of‑day procedures, and equipment maintenance reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• Demonstrated ability as a leader who builds culture, develops people, and leads by example.
• High energy, motivation, and enthusiasm for fast‑paced environments.
