Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts each week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service. Some managers also lead departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management by setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager ensures the crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, effectively promote sales, train service staff on procedures, and keep the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager hires qualified crew, trains them well, schedules them to meet sales and profit goals, and recognizes and motivates crew throughout their time at the restaurant.
Qualifications
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older. We are looking for positive team players with flexible schedules, a passion for the fast‑paced environment, and the desire to work in a fun setting.
