The Job
- Ensuring the safety of Team Members and customers
- Delivering World Class Customer Service and Jerry's business strategies
- Observe, coach, and teach Sales & Stocking Team Members on all work processes
- Planning & managing department work and labor resources
- Partnering with Purchasing and Merchandising Teams to ensure merchandising plans are properly executed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements

Compensation
- Annual compensation starting at $50,000 to $70,000, including Commission Shares and overtime
- Full-time position with Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability benefits
- 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Program
Schedule
- Scheduled 40 - 45 hours weekly and will include opening, closing, and weekend shifts
- Typically 5 days a week with rotating regular schedule which includes every-other weekend off, and one day off per week
- Position available at our Eugene and Springfield locaitons
