Department Manager - $19.75/hour

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience. Some managers also lead specific departments, such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People. Their responsibilities may include:
- Managing assigned systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management)
- Setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results
- Ensuring Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
- Overseeing sales promotions and front counter organization
- Delivering quality, safe food and controlling food costs
- Hiring, training, and scheduling qualified crew
- Recognizing and motivating staff throughout their employment
- Maintaining a fast‑paced restaurant environment
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
