Description

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Managers may also lead specific departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring crew and managers deliver great customer experiences, proper execution of sales promotions, service training, and organization of the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities include ensuring the restaurant delivers quality food quickly, maintaining food safety and cost control, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating crew throughout their tenure.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
• Ability to work collaboratively, delegate responsibilities, and report results to leadership.
