About the Position
This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee will be your employer; McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage shifts and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
- Lead departmental responsibilities such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, and setting goals.
- Oversee Crew and Managers to deliver excellent customer service, manage sales promotions, and ensure service staff are trained.
- Maintain Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas for optimal service.
- Ensure quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff, including new menu items.
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals, and provide recognition and motivation.
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
- Age 18 years or older.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for the fast‑paced environment.
