Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Department Manager at our Middletown, NY location. The Department Manager will oversee daily operations within a specific department, ensure the achievement of sales targets, manage inventory, and uphold the company's customer service standards. Other responsibilities include training and supervising staff, implementing merchandising strategies, and maintaining a clean and organized department.

• Inventory management and merchandising experience
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent organization, planning, and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Retail management experience is preferred
