Starting Rate

$14 – $18 per hour

Job Description

This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee will be your employer, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervisions, staffing, and scheduling employees.

Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Some managers lead specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, oversee promotions, train staff, and organize the front counter and drive‑through areas.
• Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department Manager oversees hiring of qualified crew, their training, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and staff motivation.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
