Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all McDonald's world‑famous food
- Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Crew Member
- Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Capable of performing tasks in shift positions such as breakfast, lunch, late nights, and weekends
- Open to full‑time or part‑time opportunities
- Interest in utilizing McDonald's training programs and educational opportunities (e.g., Archways to Opportunity)
