Summary
The Department Manager will own a department or floor's performance at the Beverly Hills store, leading and coaching a team of client advisors to achieve individual, departmental, and store targets. The role supports the Store Manager/Director in developing new and existing clients, builds succession plans, and combines commercial leadership with hands-on selling and team development. Operational responsibilities include opening and closing the store and maintaining inventory and policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to drive business goals; set and review individual and team targets.
- Provide regular qualitative feedback and in-the-moment coaching to improve KPI performance.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and secure succession plans for talent in collaboration with Store Manager/Director.
- Role-model selling behaviors, support sales activity, and grow category performance through analysis and action.
- Manage customer flow and service standards to ensure a high level of client experience and optimize data capture.
- Lead store operations in absence of senior management, including opening/closing and inventory management.
