Department Manager (Beaverton, OR)

Overview

Buffalo Wild Wings is hiring Department Managers. You will lead operations across the floor, bar, kitchen, or takeout to ensure an unbeatable guest experience and a winning environment for the team. You will drive operational excellence, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to great food, great service, and great vibes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop your team to build an all-star lineup every day.
• Own execution across operations, from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Team-first mindset with passion for developing people, building culture, and leading by example.
• High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; bring enthusiasm to every shift.
