Position Summary
Department Manager – $12 hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage training, food safety, and inventory management systems.
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
- Ensure high-quality, safe food delivery quickly and that food cost is controlled.
- Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals.
- Motivate and recognize employees to maintain engagement.
- Deliver a memorable customer experience, manage sales promotions, and keep service areas organized.
Qualifications
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
