Department Leader — Merchandising & Operations

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Department Manager to lead ordering, stocking and merchandising for a busy department. You will ensure clean, presentable aisles and provide back-up cashier support as needed.

The role requires maturity, self-motivation, and the ability to work 2 evenings per week plus every other Saturday in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior retail experience is preferred and standing for 8 hours is expected.
