Department Lead — Merchandising & Customer Experience

Lewis Drug Stores is seeking a Department Manager to oversee operations within the assigned department(s) and ensure optimal product availability, standards, and customer service. You will use product knowledge to support sales, teach, direct, and support other employees.

You will greet customers warmly, manage ordering and receiving, merchandising, and display execution while coordinating with corporate category managers as needed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
