Prisma Health , South Carolina’s largest not-for-profit healthcare system, seeks a distinguished and collaborative physician leader to serve as Chair of the Department of Pediatrics in partnership with the University of South Carolina Kay and C. Edward Floyd, M.D. School of Medicine

• Lead strategy, operations, and growth across pediatric divisions
• Advance high-quality, patient-centered care and clinical innovation
• Drive recruitment and faculty development to expand services
• Strengthen education, training programs, and academic mission
• Foster research and scholarly activity
• Build partnerships across the health system and community

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Pediatrics
• Eligible for appointment at the Professor level
• Proven leadership in academic medicine and clinical operations
