Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Senior Dentist, the full-time position will manage clinical reviews of dental claims, oversee utilization management processes, and mentor staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance care quality and provider engagement. Key responsibilities Perform clinical reviews of dental claims and prior authorizations to ensure compliance and appropriateness Participate in quality management programs and conduct chart reviews to identify trends in care delivery Lead peer-to-peer consultations with providers and support education around compliance and care standards Required qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited institution Active, unrestricted New Jersey dental license in good standing Minimum 6 years of experience as a practicing dentist At least 2 years of experience in utilization management, claims review, or quality improvement initiatives Ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
