Associate Dentist Position Leading to Partnership – Winston-Salem, NC. Join a successful local practice offering a path to partnership after an associate period. This is a career position where you will enjoy a large patient base, access to mentoring, well-trained support staff, and an excellent local reputation.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a busy schedule with production potential around $1 Million
- Work in a single-location group practice (not a chain or DSO)
- Offer the greater of $700–$750 per day or 32% of production
- Collaborate with colleagues who are available to mentor
- Partner options available in 12–24 months
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree
- Licensed North Carolina Dentist
- Friendly personality and ability to work well in a team
