We are seeking a dedicated Dentist for an 18-day assignment in Wisconsin. The schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 8 AM to 5 PM. This role involves general dentistry, seeing a variety of cases, and requires the ability to perform some hygiene. Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform general dentistry procedures.
- Provide basic hygiene services.
- Achieve an organizational goal of 65% or higher case acceptance rate for treatment recommendations.
- Maintain a perio diagnosis rate of 30% or higher, striving for two SRPs daily.
- Achieve an average production of $3000 minimum per provider day.
- Maintain a new patient Full Mouth X-ray (FMX) percentage of 50% or higher to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
- EMR: Dentrix Ascend
- Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Setting: Outpatient (Clinic Only)
- Patient Volume: 15-20 patients per day
