COMPENSATION
- Permanent daily minimum guarantee
- Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities
- Average full-time compensation: $300,000-$350,000+
- No production cap
- Full patient schedule and strong earning potential
- Complete autonomy over treatment planning
- Approximately 12-15 patients per day
- Established patient base and consistent patient flow
- Opportunity to perform a broad range of procedures based on your clinical skill set
- Fully digital and paperless office
- Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support
- Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments
- Mentorship from experienced clinicians
- Support for both new graduates and experienced providers
