Busy Private Office | $250K+ Potential | Partnership Possible
An established, modern practice in the heart of Virginia Beach is seeking a full-time Lead Associate Dentist to take over a busy, fully existing patient base. The current associate is unfortunately departing due to health reasons, leaving a full schedule ready for you on Day 1.
We are interviewing immediately to fill this urgent vacancy.
Compensation & Performance
- Income Potential: $250,000+ based on 32% of collections (Zero lab deductions).
- Daily Guarantee: $800-$850/day for the initial 90 days (negotiable based on experience).
- Flexibility: Open to W2 or 1099. W2 benefits include PTO, health insurance stipend, and a 401(k).

- Modern Tech: Fully equipped with iTero digital scanners, CBCT, and implant systems.
- Fully-Staffed Support: Work efficiently with 3 Hygienists and 2 Dental Assistants dedicated to your workflow.
Schedule & Clinical Scope
- Hours: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!).
- Procedures: Keep crowns, straightforward endo, extractions, and aligners in-house.
- Growth: The owner is looking for a long-term fit with a partnership option available in just 1-2 years .
Who We Are Looking For
- Ideally 2+ years of experience (confident, high-producing dentist with less experience will be considered).
- Proficiency in general dentistry, crowns, and basic oral surgery/endo.
- A warm chairside manner and a desire for long-term clinical growth.
