Dentist

Our established Vero Beach practice, in operation since 2011, is looking to hire a Full-Time or Part-Time General Dentist. You will join an experienced provider team supported by a strong, consistent patient base. We are looking for a dedicated provider committed to the area, with a direct pathway to step into the Lead General Dentist role as our practice continues to grow in the coming years.

All applicants must have a minimum of 3-5 years of US-based clinical experience to be considered for this role

Practice Highlights for the Dentist:

• Fee-for-Service and PPO only
• Adult Focused office (Ped’s 12+)
• 2 EFDA’s on-site, 3/2 ratio with Hygiene
• See 10-12 patients per day (non-hygiene)
• 65 NEW Patients each month
• Office Production: $3.5 Million/year
• On-site Denture Lab

Compensation for the Dentist:

• $800 Daily Guarantee & 30% of Production (negotiable)
• Lab Fees covered by the Practice
• Potential Equity Option

Schedule of the Dentist:

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Monday – Thursday (8:00-5:00)
• Friday (8:00-12:00)
• Saturday – Sunday (OFF)

Clinical Outlook of the Dentist:

• Proficient in “Bread and Butter” Dentistry
• Experience with Molar Endo, Complex Oral Surgery, and Implant Placement are a plus, but not required.
