Dentist - up to $75,000 Sign On Bonus

Overview

We are a community‑focused dental provider dedicated to delivering quality, affordable dental care to underserved families across the country. Join our growing team of Associate Dentists and help us create healthier smiles for children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services to patients, primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population.
• Use DentaPro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces, and adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
• Work within a team structure featuring one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, managing an average of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.
• Participate in morning huddles, help plan the day, provide patient care, and support a positive patient experience.
• Engage in mentoring and collaboration opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited program.
• Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states served or eligible for licensure.
• Certifications as required, including CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (in specified states).
• Compassion and commitment to providing dental care for children and adults.
• Teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.

• Guaranteed base pay over $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
