Western Wisconsin - Eau Claire Metro
The Short Version: A well-established, tech-forward practice near Eau Claire is looking for a general dentist who wants real earning potential without sacrificing a life outside the operatory.
Why This One Stands Out
- Guaranteed $120,000 base, with 37% of adjusted net production, and a realistic path to $250,000 to $350,000+ once you're rolling
- 4 to 5 day workweek, no call, and flexible time off (yes, dentists get vacations too)
- 10 operatories with CBCT, CEREC and digital everything, so you're practicing modern dentistry, not fighting outdated equipment
- Full clinical autonomy to diagnose and treatment plan the way you were trained to, not the way a corporate quota dictates
- Room to grow into oral surgery, endo and implants if you want to expand your scope, with mentorship if you need it
The Money Math
Production drives compensation here, and the practice has providers hitting $4,000 to $6,000+ in daily production. Translation: the harder you work and the better you connect with patients, the faster that number climbs.
Sweeteners
- Up to $10,000 sign-on or relocation with a two-year commitment
- 401(k) with 4% match
- $1,000 CE allowance
- Free dental care for your family
The Lifestyle
An hour from Minneapolis and a fraction of the cost of living. Trade traffic for trails, lakes and a genuinely close-knit community, all while still having the Twin Cities in your back pocket for a big city fix.
Who Fits
DDS or DMD, eligible for Wisconsin licensure, comfortable in general dentistry and hungry to build something. New grads welcome. Experienced dentists ready to hit the ground running are, too.
