We’re hiring a full-time Dentist to join a collaborative dental team serving a rural community on California’s North Coast. This role offers a rare week-on/week-off schedule , giving you 7 consecutive days off every other week —perfect for work-life balance without compromising income or impact.
You'll work with two dental assistants and a dedicated receptionist, delivering both hygiene and restorative services in a supportive, streamlined environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform routine cleanings, exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, dentures, and other restorative services.
  • Use digital X-rays and comprehensive diagnostic tools to evaluate oral health.
  • Provide patient education and preventive care with a focus on long-term health.
  • Collaborate with a full dental team that rotates schedules for optimal work-life balance
Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited program
  • Active California dental license
  • Strong skills in general, preventive, and restorative care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to providing care in underserved communities
