Associate Dentist

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team, supporting our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dental services to patients with the support of a team.
  • Maintain high quality dental care for children and adults.
  • Participate in morning huddles, plan daily workflow, and highlight customer focus, collaboration and goal achievement.
  • Use DentaPro software and digital equipment for diagnosis and treatment.
  • Comply with yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
  • Maintain patient flow of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.

Qualifications

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where providing care or eligible for licensure.
  • Other certifications as required: CPR, DEA, etc.
  • Nitrous Oxide certification for applicable states (LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • Strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
  • Compassion and teamwork mindset.

Patient Base

Primarily ages 3‑21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location.
