Dentist (Traveling) $50,000 sign-on bonus

Overview

Location: Sherman, TX. Offer: Association Dentist with a focus on providing high‑quality dental care to underserved families. The practice serves a large pediatric and adult patient population, supported by a dedicated clinical team.

Responsibilities

Associate Dentists are responsible for providing comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of their team. Key duties include:

• Performing routine and advanced dental procedures for children and adults.
• Planning and coordinating patient care with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
• Participating in morning huddles, running team meetings, and showcasing patient‑centered outreach activities.
• Using DentaPro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces, and other modern dental equipment.
• Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training.
• Managing an average caseload of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients daily.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program
• Current, valid license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided
• Additional certifications: CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide (for applicable states)
• Compassionate, strong desire to treat children and adults
