- Pay Rate: $130/hr
- Number of Openings: 2
- Duration: 28 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Thu-Mon | 6:00a-2:30p
- Sun-Thu | 2:00p-10:30p
- Split Shift: Tue-Thu 6:00a-2:30p / Fri-Sat 2:00p-10:30p
- Active California Dental License
- Minimum 1 year of dental experience within the last 3 years
- Current BLS certification (AHA only)
- DEA certification
- Malpractice insurance (required prior to start)
- Physical Exam
- Drug Testing
- Fit Mask
- Background Check
