Role Overview : An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, supporting community health and creating positive patient experiences. This role involves collaborating with a team that includes hygienists and dental assistants, utilizing advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Responsibilities include performing dental procedures, participating in team meetings, morning huddles, and promoting a positive community image.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental services to a diverse patient base.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
• Valid dental license for providing care in applicable states.
• Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where required).
