General Dentist (Full‑time or Part‑time) at Gentle Dental Sheridan, Sheridan, Oregon.
Sign‑on bonus: $5,000.
Loan repayment qualification through ORH and NHSC programs.
Office Location
GD Sheridan – 411 W. Main Street, Sheridan, OR.

Qualifications
- Accredited dental school graduate
- Active Oregon state dental license (or ability to acquire by time of employment)
- Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
- Loan repayment eligibility via ORH and NHSC programs
- Average full‑time dentist earnings: $150,000 - $400,000
