- Competitive annual salary of $125,000—commensurate with experience—with further room for negotiation for those seeking a full-time position.
- Compensation structure at 33% of Production.

Licensure: Licensed Dentist (DDS/DMD) in good standing in the state of Texas.
Clinical Skills: Strong competency in general dentistry, specifically including specialized procedures like extractions, endodontics (root canals), and implant experience.
Soft Skills: Friendly, approachable demeanor with exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
Philosophy: A desire to work in a supportive, personal, and high-tech environment.

Clinical Excellence: Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including expert competency in extractions, root canals, and dental implants.
Patient Care: Deliver a patient-focused approach to care, ensuring clinical quality and patient comfort are top priorities.
Collaboration: Contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace culture and maintain strong communication with the dental team.
Relationship Building: Build lasting, trust-based relationships with patients to enhance the practice’s family-oriented mission.

Jobley Bonus: $140 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley)
