The incoming associate will step into a full schedule right away, as the current associate is taking a job in another area. The office produces over $1 million annually and features up-to-date technology, including a digital panoramic X-ray and a digital scanner. There are 2 hygiene columns daily with 2 assistants to support the dentist. Monday-Thursday hours with occasional Friday mornings during the busier seasons.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: 30-33% of collections, with no lab fee deductions.
- Initial daily guarantee for the first 90 days.
- Health insurance.
- Paid license fees and paid malpractice insurance.
- 401K (no match).
- $1,500 annual Continuing Education (CE) stipend.
Job Criteria:
- Licensed South Carolina Dentist.
- At least one year of clinical experience is required.
- Great people skills (confident, friendly, and good with staff).
- Comfortable being the sole provider on-site.
Location Note:
This office is located in Saluda, SC, making it commutable from Lexington or Columbia, SC.
