Dentist

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a private office , that is seeking a full time dentist with 2 (or more) years of experience . The office is located 15 minutes from Fort Worth. They have many established patients already established as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month. The office has hundreds of online reviews, averaging 4.9 stars!

The office is approximately 70% PPOs and 30% fee for service. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and state of the art equipment. No nights and no weekends are required. They have an experienced and long tenured staff as well.

Ideally they would like a dentist to work 4 days per week , but would consider a dentist anywhere from 4 to 5 days per week. General restorative procedures is all that is required, as long as the dentist would like to learn to place implants in the future.

They are offering a competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend. A full time and experienced dentist can expect to earn between 250K and 350K per year .

Associate Dentist Requirements:

• Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
• State license to practice dentistry.
• CPR certification.
• Proven experience working in a dental practice.
• The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
• The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• The ability to work in a team.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent communication skills.
