Position Highlights:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Income Potential: $200,000–$350,000
- Production Bonus: % of adjusted collections - of all you manage; including hygiene codes

Who We're Looking For:
- DDS or DMD eligible for or holding a Texas license
- Oral Sedation Certified - required or willing to attain
- Pediatric Specialist or General Dentist who has a passion for treating kids
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for pediatric care and providing high-quality dentistry
- All experience levels welcome—mentorship and CE provided for new grads
