Our established family dental practice in Red Bank, NJ is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our growing team. This is an immediate-hire opportunity with a clear path to leadership, as our primary provider transitions into an in-house administrative role, while still being available for more complex procedures when needed. We are looking for a patient-centric clinician who is eager to lead day-to-day clinical care, with desire for a potential equity and partnership track.
Candidates are required to have at least 2 years of US based clinic experience and can place implants (min. Single-unit, posterior)
- Candidates proficient with Molar Endo are a strong preference, but not required.
Practice Highlights for the Dentist:
- Completely Fee-for-Service and PPO
- Primarily Adult Patient Base (mainly 35-65 Years old)
- Providers see around 6-10 patients per day (procedural dependent)
- Scope: General, Restorative, Advanced (Endo, OS, Implants), and Cosmetics
- Technology: Cerec, CBCT/Pano, 3D printer, Fotona laser
- 60 NEW Patients per month
Compensation for the Dentist:
- $800-$1,000 Daily Guarantee
- 33%-35% of Collections
- Average Provider Production: $80K-$100K/month
- $3K CE Allowance, Health Insurance Reimbursement
- Associate Responsible for Lab Fees

Schedule of the Dentist:
- Full-Time (30-32 hours/week)
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Clinic Hours (9:00-5:00, 9:00-6:00, and 9:00-7:00)
- No weekends, or on-call!
