Patient Volume : 6-8 per day
Types of Cases :General dentistry. Must be comfortable treating children (accounts for 20-30% of patients)
Credentialing : 2 4 weeks
Requirements :
Licensure : WI license and Active DEA
Experience Required: 2 years
Certification : DMD or DDS
Life Support Certifications : BLS
