A full-time General Dentist is sought to join a well-established rural health center serving a close-knit community in Northern California. This practice plays a critical role in expanding access to high-quality dental care for patients of all ages, with a strong emphasis on prevention, education, and whole-person health. The clinic is integrated within a broader medical setting, allowing for collaborative, team-based care in a mission-driven environment.

• Four-day workweek, 10 hours per day (not all positions qualify for the four-day schedule)

• Scheduled for adult and pediatric patients per day across three operatories

  • Average daily volume is typically patients due to no-show rates

• Crowns (preparation and delivery appointments)

• Dentures and partials

• Extractions

• Restorative dentistry (fillings)

• Comprehensive and periodic exams (new patients and recalls)

• Silver Diamine Fluoride (performed by RDA with dentist oversight)

• Sealants (performed by RDA with dentist oversight)

• Scaling and root planing

• Adult prophylaxis (occasionally on provider schedule or completed by RDA)

• CEREC crown technology available on site

• Experience with EPIC Wisdom EHR preferred

• Active, unrestricted California dental license

• Must possess or be able to obtain Denti-Cal/Medicaid and Delta Dental credentialing within 90 days

• Assistance available for credentialing with Anthem Blue Cross, Cypress, Guardian, Blue Shield/UHC, and Delta Dental for qualified candidates

• Base salary range: $156,907 $199,680

• 4% retirement match , 100% vested on day one
