An experienced General Dentist is needed at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in western Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically confident dentist who enjoys collaboration and mentorship. The clinic currently has a new graduate on staff who would benefit from guidance, making experience a key component of this role.

The dental clinic is completely brand new , featuring six modern operatories and state-of-the-art equipment. The schedule consists of four 10-hour days , Monday through Thursday, offering an excellent work-life balance.

Leadership is progressive and supportive, encouraging dentists to practice a wide range of procedures based on their interests and skills. The clinic is equipped with new endodontic technology for providers who wish to perform root canals. This is not a position focused solely on extractions the organization is seeking a dentist interested in comprehensive, patient-centered care.

You ll work alongside one hygienist , with an additional hygienist currently being recruited. The clinic currently sees patients per day , with strong potential to grow to 20 patients daily as the practice continues to expand. A mobile dental unit is also part of the program, with the possibility of participating in outreach approximately once per month.
