- Perform basic surgical procedures
- Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
- Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
- Provide must be comfortable with Surgical Extractions
- Resume
- Professional License
- Active DEA license is required
- Clinical Staff: 1 Hyg, 2 DAs
- Required procedures: Surgical extractions, Analog dentures
- Avg patients per day: 5-6 NP, 15 EP
- Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth- please notate any limitations in presentation
