Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Dentist role based in Maple Grove, MN. The Dentist will provide a full range of general and cosmetic dental services, including exams, diagnoses, treatment planning, restorations, and preventive care. Responsibilities include performing procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and periodontal treatments, as appropriate to the scope of practice. The Dentist will educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care, ensuring a gentle and patient-centered experience. The role also involves collaborating with dental hygienists and assistants, maintaining accurate clinical records, and upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and current Minnesota dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Clinical proficiency in general dentistry procedures, including restorative, preventive, and basic cosmetic treatments.
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team and contribute to a positive, professional office environment.
• Attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and adherence to best practices in infection control and safety.
• Experience with digital dental technologies (e.g., digital radiography, electronic dental records) preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification and a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Experience in family or community-focused dental practice is a plus.
