We are seeking dentists who are mission driven and committed to serving the community.Job Summary: Performs professional general dental care in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.Qualifications:Licensed to practice dentistry in CaliforniaGraduate of a formal accredited school of dentistryFQHC experience preferredWorking knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of dental and oral diseasesWorking knowledge of the principles, standard practices methods, and techniques of dentistryWorking knowledge of preventive dentistry and educational methodologies utilized in preventionSkill in oral operative techniquesAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients and staffComputer skills with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, internet, and Practice Management SystemsAbility to problem solve and prioritize tasksProven reliability, trustworthiness, flexibility, and high ethical standardsAbility to handle multiple tasksInterest in working with diverse ethnic groupsDemonstrated ability to treat all individuals with respect, empathy, and compassionPhysical Requirements: The physical demands of this position are those necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
