We're seeking a licensed Indiana Dentist (DDS/DMD) to provide high-quality dental care for residents in a long-term care setting. Responsibilities include oral exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, denture care, periodontal treatment, and collaborating with medical staff to support resident health.
Requirements:
Active Indiana Dental License
DDS or DMD from an accredited institution
2+ years of general dentistry experience
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, CMS, CDC, and infection control standards
Experience with geriatric care preferred; VA, military, or FQHC experience is a plus
