• Patient Base: Primarily PPO and cash‑pay adults, with some adolescent Medicaid (ages 12+).

• Built‑in Referrals: Steady stream of parents and teens transitioning from our nearby pediatric office.

The Role of the Dentist

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday (Full‑time).
• Autonomy: Act as the primary provider with the freedom to perform bread‑and‑butter dentistry or expand into specialty services.
• Mentorship: While you will be the solo doc on‑site, the owner practices just minutes away for emergencies or phone consults.

Compensation & Benefits

• Daily Guarantee: $800 per day
• Production Pay: 33% of adjusted production

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a licensed Dentist (experienced strongly preferred but open to all experience levels).
• A positive, “ready to run” attitude with a willingness to work hard.
• Comfortable practicing independently as the primary Dentist.
• Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with our growing patient base.
