Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnosis
  • Develop treatment plans and discuss options with patients
  • Provide a wide range of dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry
  • Ensure all dental treatments are performed with the highest standards of care and patient safety
  • Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
  • Uphold the mission and values of Houston Dental Oasis in all patient interactions

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
  • Valid state dental license and DEA registration
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in performing a wide range of dental procedures
  • Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
