- Perform basic surgical procedures
- Conduct new patient exams and hygiene checks
- Administer fillings, root canals, extractions, and dentures
- Provide must be comfortable with Surgical Extractions
- Resume
- Professional License
- Active DEA license is required
- *Local with Aspen Experience only
- **This assignment will only consider providers with an active TX DEA with all schedules at the time of submission.
- Additional requirements/ info: extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth- please notate any limitations in presentation
