We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Lead Associate Dentist to join a growing dental practice serving the Hot Springs, AR area. This is not a typical associate role. The goal is to give the right dentist meaningful clinical leadership and local influence, while our team supports the business side — staffing, operations, marketing, payer/admin work, facilities, and growth. Dentist – Hot Springs, AR Area

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dental care, including exams, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative
• Build trust with patients through clear communication, education, and compassionate chairside care.
• Partner with clinical and administrative team members to deliver efficient, high-quality patient experiences.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical, safety, compliance, and infection-control standards.
• Contribute to a positive, professional culture focused on patient care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

• Active Arkansas dental license, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date.
• Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
