Job Overview

We are seeking a part‑time General Dentist to join Hillsborough Dental Center, a family‑run practice with a loyal patient base and a focus on clinical excellence and team collaboration. The role offers a clear, supported path to becoming the next trusted face of the practice with long‑term growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with patients
• Provide general dental care including restorative, endodontic, and implant procedures
• Perform Invisalign and clear aligner therapy as needed
• Work with an experienced legacy dentist for mentorship and development
• Maintain patient records and documentation in accordance with practice standards
• Contribute to a culture of trust, compassion, and excellence within the team

Qualifications

• Dentistry degree and active license to practice in the state
• Preferred experience in implants, endodontics, or clear aligner therapy; or a recent graduate willing to be mentored
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑focused approach
• Ability to work Wednesdays and Fridays (Friday required); open to adding Saturdays in the future
• Commitment to a part‑time schedule with potential to transition to full time as the legacy doctor transitions

Schedule

Part‑time, required days: Wednesday (flexible) and Friday (mandatory). Saturday service may be added over time.
