Pediatric Dentist – Hermitage, TN
Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Hermitage, TN, just east of Nashville, is seeking a Pediatric Dentist or experienced General Dentist with a strong background in pediatric dentistry to join our growing, dentist-led practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist or new graduate looking for strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.
Position Highlights
- Income potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually, based on clinical proficiency and production
- Guaranteed annual base compensation. With production-based earning potential above the guaranteed base
- Compensation: 30% of adjusted collections
- Schedule: 4½ days/week
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Primarily pediatric Medicaid patients, with some PPO
- Modern office with digital technology

Qualifications
- Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with significant pediatric experience
- General dentists with a strong background in high-volume pediatric care are encouraged to apply
- DDS or DMD with a Tennessee dental license or eligibility to obtain one
- Enjoys working with children and is committed to providing high-quality, appropriate care
