Dentist Position
Action Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a dentist to provide care with a state care facility in San Angelo, TX. This is a unique and rewarding contractor position for professionals who want to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility.
Position Highlights:
- Deliver dental care to an underserved population in a secure setting
- Perform routine procedures, including exams, extractions, crown preparations, restorative procedures, denture cases, and emergency care
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure treatment aligns with facility protocols
- Collaborate with medical staff and follow all institutional guidelines
- 8:00am - 5:00pm schedule; Monday - Friday
- 3-month contract with option to renew
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of dental experience
- Proficient in a range of dental procedures, especially extractions
- Comfortable working within a correctional environment
- Must pass a comprehensive background screening
- Dentist License and DEA certification in the State of Texas
- BLS
- Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#)
Compensation: $100.00 - $120.00/hour based on experience
