Schedule

• Current schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Four-day work week

Practice Overview

• 5,000+ active patients
• Patient ages from about 4 to 70+
• 7 operatories
• EMR: Eaglesoft
• Payor mix: 67% insurance, 33% cash
• In network with Delta Dental Premier only
• No Medicaid

Procedures

• Full range of general dentistry
• Endodontics
• Implants
• Clear aligners
• Cosmetic services

Support Staff

• Office Manager
• Insurance Coordinator
• Receptionist
• 3 Hygienists
• 3 Dental Assistants (including one EFDA)
