Pay: $150 - $500 per hour
Requirements
- License & Certification: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- Software Experience: Dentrix
- Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, General Dentistry
- Education: Must hold a valid DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Licensure: Active and unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Certifications: Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.
- Insurance: Eligible for malpractice insurance.
Job Description
- Diagnosis & Treatment: Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnose dental conditions, and create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Restorative Dentistry: Perform general restorative procedures, including fillings, crowns, bridges, and veneers.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure a smooth clinical workflow.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health maintenance and preventive care to promote long‑term dental health.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Preferences
- License & Certification: Licensed dentist, DEA Registration
- Software Experience: Dentrix
- Clinical Experience: Cosmetic Dentistry, General Dentistry
- Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dentist with 1+ years of practice
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a private practice setting (though motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in endodontics or simple oral surgery is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a chairside manner that puts patients at ease.
